Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis is called nash liver. nash liver is one kind of liver inflammation which caused by buildup of fat into the liver. Many people in the world they have buildup fat in the liver, no symptoms or problems are visible after buildup of fat in the liver. But it causes inflammation of liver in some people. Due to this inflammation liver cannot work properly as like before. nash liver is one kinds of liver disease that is occur due to long term heavy drinking.

What is nash liver?

Nash liver is a condition that causes inflammation in liver and accumulation of fat in the liver. nash liver can also occur in people who abuse alcohol. Nash liver condition occur in those people who drink little alcohol or no. the accurate causes of NASH is still unknown. But people who have certain medical condition like diabetes, obesity or insulin resistance, they are risk for nash liver.

Causes of nash liver?

Exact causes of nash liver still now unknowns, but some condition is responsible for nash liver. Those causes are given below:

Obesity

Obesity is one of the causes of nash liver. Approximately more than 75 percent of people in world with NASH are obese. The majority obese people with nash liver are between 10 and 45 percent heavier than their perfect body weight.

Diabetes

Mainly type-2 diabetes is responsible for nash liver. More than 80 percent of people in world have nash liver with type-2 diabetes.

Hyperlipidemia

More than 25 to 75 percent of people with nash liver have hyperlipidemia.

Drugs and toxins

Some drugs that are use to treat medical condition those are responsible for nash liver.

Two major liver enzyme aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase are found elevated level in blood people who have NASH.

Nash liver cans diagnosis by other blood test. Additional blood test is very much useful to diagnosis liver disease. Normally viral hepatitis test are include like hepatitis A, B,C are require to diagnosis nash liver.

Liver biopsy

Liver biopsy is another technique for diagnosis nash liver. Liver biopsy is mainly conformation test for nash liver. Liver biopsy is very much helpful to determine that how severity of nash liver. A small sample of live is collected for liver biopsy, and then this sample is send to laboratory to examination.

Treatment of nash liver

There have no exact treatment for NASH. But it is possible to control of liver damage by following some rule. By managing so condition we can able to decrease risk of nash liver. Nash liver treatment is given below:

  2. By gain healthy weight,
  3. Diabetes should be control to manage nash liver.
  4. Regular exercise require to control nash liver.
  5. Full stop to drink alcohol.
  6. Follow healthy balance diet.
  7. Unnecessary medication should be avoid.

  • I have a rare liver disease which makes my liver very congested I feel ill every day and depression very bad too . Has anyone else feel the same feel so alone as its so rare can’t be treated.
